Agreement

These terms apply when you use the EZ Wrist website or place an order with us. By browsing the site or completing checkout you agree to them. If you have questions before ordering, email ezwristsupport@gmail.com.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and shipping is a $5 flat rate within the United States. We may correct pricing or listing errors and decline or cancel an order — including after checkout — if an item is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship when production is complete. The estimated ship date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may move. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing ezwristsupport@gmail.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will help sort it out.

Return policy

Returns are accepted only within 30 days of delivery, and only if the product is defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, wrong size or fit preference, incorrect format selection, or products that have been used, written on, cut, or washed outside of normal use.

To request a defective-product return:

1. Email ezwristsupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the defect.
3. Attach clear photos of the defect.

We review each request and, if the product is confirmed defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping instructions, when a return shipment is required, are provided with the approval. Requests received after 30 days, or for products that are not defective, cannot be accepted.

Product use

EZ Wrist is an athletic accessory for holding play card inserts. It is not protective equipment and does not prevent injury. Follow your league's rules and equipment requirements when using it in competition.

Intellectual property

The EZ Wrist name, logo, site content, play card designs and the patented separating window design are our property. You may not copy, manufacture or resell our products or content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
