Who we are

• Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, order contents and order status.
• Payment information — card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email, so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
• Basic technical data — standard server and security logs generated when your browser loads our pages.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, answer support and return requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store — our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. Each receives only what it needs to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep the site and checkout working securely. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase, honor the return policy, and satisfy legal and accounting requirements. Support email is kept only as long as it is useful for helping you.

Children

Our products are used by youth athletes, but orders should be placed by a parent, guardian or coach. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
